In Create/Change Sales Order reduce the width of the “editing” area to allow more space for the “information” area status panel.

 

This feature is a quick solution targeted specifically at Create/Change Sales Order. A proper solution to this problem would be fairly complex and take more time than we can presently afford to invest due to the other tasks and customer issues in our work queue.
