Customize the layout of the Type 2 Invoice as follows:

 

1.Remove the "Route/Stop" and "Order Date" from the information block in the column header section.

2.Remove the "Line Number" column.

3.Add the "Quantity Ordered" column.

4.Add a "Driver Signature" line.

5.Disclaimer text in the footer area.
