Change the operation of Receive by Purchase Order so that the "Apply cost changes" setting defaults to "Cost and Price - Average Method".

 

The password option "Override cost change setting in Receive by Purchase Order"  in the Security Management Miscellaneous options list has been provided for the use of supervisory personnel to restrict the use of this cost override.
