The entrée.MW software module provides the organization and tracking you need when dealing with different warehouse locations.
This mod adds the primary “UPC Code” defined in Inventory File Maintenance to the “Create Transfer” feature in the Warehouse Transfer Utility window and to the Transfer Pull Sheet.
•The UPC Code has been added as an Available value for the Create Transfer window item information area. UPC Code is “view only”(no editing or updating to Inventory File Maintenance).
▪In System Options use the Additional Features Whse Transfer Info Panel Config option to add the UPC Code field. Instructions follow for this procedure.
•The Transfer Pull Sheet will print the UPC Code on the second line of Description. Two lines of description will print for each item number.
Enter the UPC Code for your items in the Inventory File
Add UPC to the Warehouse Transfer Utility Information Panel Configuration
1. Use menu path: System ribbon menu > click System Preferences > click System Options tab > click the Additional Features menu arrow > select Whse Transfer Info Panel Config.
2. Click the Configure button.
3. In Available values select UPC and click the right arrow to move it to the Displayed values list.
4. The UPC field is now in the Information Panel as seen below. Click OK to save the configuration.
5. Click OK in the System Options tab.
Printing a Transfer Pull Sheet 1.Go to the Add-Ons ribbon menu. 2.Click the arrow in the entrée.MW to see the menu. 3.Click Print then in the next menu click Pull Sheets. |

4. The Print Transfer Pull Sheet dialog opens.
For the Transfer ID click the transfer search button |

to find and select the transfer to print.
5. The Warehouse Transfer Search dialog opens click and select the Transfer you want to print.
6. Click OK.
7. Now back in the Print Transfer Pull Sheet dialog set the Number of Copies value.
8. In Name select the printer.
9. Click OK to print.
