Modifies the layout of the "Type 2" invoice by adding a "Page X of Y" indicator in the top right corner.

It also prints invoice copy titles in red at the bottom center of each page.

The first copy will print "OFFICE COPY" and the second copy will print "CUSTOMER COPY". Any additional copies will simply be "COPY".
