External Fulfillment Sub-system provides a unified process for applying receiving and shipment information from entrée Add-On modules and 3rd party systems.

 

Mod #1366 is automatically enabled for customers using the entrée.UPC barcode scanning add-on module.

 

It is also automatically enabled for customers with the entrée.EDI BFC Dakota Interface which includes mods #1217, #1230, and #1231.

 

Updates

V4.2 - The External Fulfillment Sub-system now supports Mod #1152 Receive By Item and PO where the Real Cost of the incoming product will always be averaged into the Market Cost value regardless of whether or not any other cost/price updates are being performed.

 

V4.1 Update Impact - The External Fulfillment Sub-system conflicts with the Invoice Edit Interlocks system in entrée. When the External Fulfillment Sub-system is active you cannot disable locks in Create or Change Invoice.
