Enhances mod #1394 so that the Fuel Surcharge is removed for Routes set to "W/C". 

 

•When this modification is active the P/U check is replaced with the W/C check.

 

•In Assign Routes if the route is changed from W/C to some other route the fuel surcharge will be added back to the invoice.

•In Create/Change Invoice you can remove or re-apply the Fuel Surcharge if the "Route" value is changed to or from W/C.

•If there was a custom Fuel Surcharge amount previously applied this value will be lost and the default value will be used if the charge needs to be re-applied.
