Modify the Type JO Invoice with the following changes:

 

Invoice Grid

•Remove the "Billing Units" column.

•Add the "Ordered Weight" column.

•Increase the width of the "Pack Size" column.

 

Footer Section

•Remove the Disclaimer.

•Remove the "Reefer Temperature" field.

•Update the "Pounds" field to display "Total Gross Weight" instead of "Total Net Weight".
