Allow System Option #69 to update the Freight Cost of "Make From" items.

 

 

When updating the costs of "Make From" items on systems with System Option #69 Automatically calculate Base Cost for "Made From" items enabled there is a specific exclusion which blocks updating of the Freight Cost of the "Make From" item and, instead uses the existing Freight Cost of the item. This modification allows the Freight Cost of the "Make From" item to update normally.
