V4.6.0.1 Updated so that the message for going below Landed Cost will read "The Unit Price for this item is too low. Unit Price will be set to Price Level 1. When Level Price 1 happens to be zero then the working Base Cost will be used. When Modification #1109 is active the Adjusted Cost will be used.
