Modify the layout of the Type 2 invoice to eliminate the "Units of Measure" and "Checked" columns and expand the "Description" and "Billing Units" columns. Re-title the "Billing Units" column "Weight". Show the "Net Weight" value in the footer area (normally this is "Gross Weight").
