Adjust the printing of the "Sold To" and "Shipped To" addresses in the Type 2 Invoice.

 

Modify the column layout to remove the "Line" and "Checked" columns and add the "Brand Name" and "Pack Size" columns.

Enhanced this modification to relocate the revision letter to the end of the salesperson number opposed to the end of the invoice number.
