Block System Option #14 for "non-stock" items.

 

System Option #14 - "Confirm Cost when there is no stock" is normally applied both to items defined as "non-stock" as well as "piece" items for which there is not enough inventory to fill the customer's entire requirement.

 

This modification restricts the application of the System Option #14 feature only to items which are low on inventory.
