Modify the layout of the status area of the invoice editing dialog so that Price Level 1, Price Level 2 and Price Level 3 for the currently selected item in the edit grid will be displayed at the bottom.

Extended the changes associated with this modification to show the Gross Profit information on the second page of the status display (where applicable).
