Modify the Layout of the Type B Invoice to include the following changes:  

 

•Display the Route and Stop number in the invoice header.

•Display the Item column before the Description column in the invoice detail.

•Sum the Open Receivables on the invoice into one Balance line.

•Make some minor alignment changes.

•Extended this modification to enlarge the address blocks from 30 characters wide to 35 characters wide.  As a result of this, the Invoice Date had to be moved up one line.
