Modify the operation of the "Status" area at the bottom of the Invoicing dialog to show the "Last Purchase Price", "Last Purchase Quantity" and "Last Purchase Date" values in white text on a red background.

•Updated the modification item listing to show each line item's Extended Amount and, at the bottom of the window, running Tax Total and Invoice Total values are now displayed.

•Added support for Break Pricing.
