Customize the layout of the "Type 2" invoice as follows:

 

1.Replaced "Salesperson Number" with "Order Taker ID".

2.Removed the "Continued on page" notice at the bottom of multi-page invoices.

3.Removed the Catchweight entry line on "LB." items.
