Modify the printing of the Type 2 Invoice to replace the line number column with the unit Retail Price.

The Total Suggested Retail Price will be shown at the bottom of the invoice.

The Gross Profit Margin will be shown and represents the difference between the Invoice Total and the Total Suggested Retail Price.

Extended these modifications so that the Loading Sheet will show "Quantity Shipped" as the value for the Quantity Ordered column.
