Modify the Layout of the Type LZ Invoice to remove the Line Number column, cut down the Pack Size column to roughly 10 characters, and add a Brand Name column right in front of the Pack Size column. The text "Interest of 1.5% per month will be applied to all overdue accounts" has been added in between the signature line and the "In case of default payment ...” line.  Two additional lines of spacing have been added before the customer signature line.
