Modify the layout of the Type MB Invoice to change "Number of PCS." in the footer of this invoice to read "Number of CASES".  The header has been modified to print the company information in the center of the page, have "Truck / Route" read "Ship Method", and have "Delivery Date" read "Invoice Date".
