Modify the Type SL Invoice to add a company logo on the right side of the header area.

 

The UPC Bar Code column, the UPC Code column, the SRP column, and the +/- column have been removed to add the Pieces column, and the Brand Name column.  The Pack Size column and the Description column have been expanded.
