Modify the operation of the status displays on the "Assign Lots" dialog in Create / Change Invoice to suppress the display of lot cost information.

Extended this change to also suppress the display of cost information in the "On Order" status display in Inventory File Maintenance.

Extended this change to also suppress display of the "Unit Cost" values in the "On Order" summary from the "status" area of the Invoice editing dialog.
