Change the retrieval of item Real Cost and Base Cost values in Invoicing so that they are set by the cost of the oldest receipt that is still in inventory.

Expanded the changes associated with this modification to change the "Recalculate Inventory On Hand" utility to provide the "Recalculate FIFO Costs" and "Recalculate History Invoice Detail" options.
