1. Changes the operation of Create/Change Invoice to require entry of an "administrative password" to authorize the creation of invoices with totals above a certain dollar amount.

 

2. Adds Security Miscellaneous password option #41 Allow creation of large invoices.

 

•Any user account that has password option #41 enabled is authorized to create invoices above the set limit.  

•The dollar amount that triggers authorization is set on the "General" Tab of System Preferences.

 

Access: Security > User Account > Edit > Settings > Miscellaneous system options list.
