Modify the Type I Statement by removing the Salesman and Salesman Phone Number in the header of the statement and removing the Invoice Total and Payment Total in the footer of the statement.  

 

This will make the company logo larger and move the customer's address down and to the right so that it fits in a predetermined window envelope.
