Modify Print Invoice to optionally show a "Days Old" column as part of the Open AR listing on printed invoices.

 

The visibility of the column is controlled on a "per customer" basis by enabling the "Show 'Days Old' for Open AR" option on the Customer File Miscellaneous Tab.
