Modify the handling of System Options #33 and #34 so that the process of saving the Special Price for a given "Ship To" customer will first check to see if a "Special Price Customer Number" has been defined. If so then the Special Price will be saved against the Special Price Customer in which case the "Ship To" customer will only get a regular "last sale" pricing entry.

 

•If no Special Price Customer Number is defined for a given "Ship To" customer then the price will be saved against the "Ship To" customer as usual.
