Provide the "Allow below-cost prices" option setting on the "Miscellaneous" page of Customer File Maintenance.

 

This option will disable all warnings and other features which try to prevent items from being added to Invoices with a price that is below Minimum Sell Price or Base Cost, but only for customers who have this option enabled.
