Provide the "Add new customers in Customer File Maintenance" password option which blocks use of the "Add" and "Copy" buttons in Customer File Maintenance.

 

•The feature also extends to Create Invoice and Create Quotation by removing the prompt to add a new customer when an invalid customer number has been entered.

•If this option is not enabled on a given user account then that person will be prevented from using the "Add" and "Copy" buttons in Customer File Maintenance.

•Create Invoice and Create Quotation will not offer the ability to create a new customer entry if an invalid Customer Number has been entered.
