Change the layout of the Type 2 Invoice to move the "Sold To" and "Ship To" addresses up one line to that the Contact Telephone Number can be printed properly.

 

In addition, printing of the document title has been suppressed on Invoices and Credit Memos since it overprints the text on the pre-printed form.

 

Finally, the page header has been updated to print the company's address and telephone number at a location which will position the address information just below their logo on the pre-printed forms.

 

Update Version 3.6.3 - 29 Aug 2011:

This modification hard-codes the address into the invoice design rather than using the configuration from System Preferences.
