Changes Create Sales Order so that if the estimated total of the order will cause the customer to exceed their Credit Limit the Sales Order cannot be created.

 

•Adds password option #79 Create Sales Order which causes customer to exceed Credit Limit. Users with the option enabled can override the credit limit restriction and create sales orders.
