Add the Customer Special Notes feature to enhance the existing "Notes" tab in Customer File Maintenance.

 

•Accessed through the "View/Edit Special Notes" button.

•This button switches the Notes editing field between the regular Notes feature and the Special Notes feature. The current operating mode is indicated just below this button.

•This feature is only available to users with the "Access Customer Special Notes" password option enabled.
