Modify invoicing so that the Prevent Oversell Warning dialog will not allow the user to select a "default" option. The user will have to manually select to "Change", "Oversell" or "Substitute".

 

•When selecting "Change", the ordered quantity and the shipped quantity should both be changed to the available quantity.

 

•When selecting "Substitute", the default quantity should be set to zero, not the original quantity ordered.
