Provide a new option in the Customer Order Forms report to "Print custom header in lieu of Distributor Address".  When this option is enabled the following substitutions will be made:

 

1.The value in the Custom Title field will be printed in place of the "Distributor's Name".

2.The value in the Custom Header 1 will replace "Distributor's Address Line 1".

3.The value in the Custom Header 2 will replace "Distributor's City, State Zip".

4.The value in the Custom Header 3 will replace "Distributor's Telephone".  

 

This feature will work with all styles of the customer order forms, but the custom title and custom header must be defined first on a style that supports printing of custom header information. Once the header is defined, the style can be changed and subsequently saved to the report configuration file for future use without having to redefine the custom header text.
