Modify the Type 2 Invoice to incorporate the following changes:

 

1.Remove the "Line #" column.

2.Remove the "Qty Ordered" column.

3.Extend the Description column as much as possible.

4.Move the word Invoice up, level with the printed header.

5.Move the customer block up just below the header.

6.Replace Salesperson ID with the Salesperson Name.
