Thank you for taking the time to read the Salesperson Guide of our online ordering system. The information contained here will help you get the most from our system, and be worth the time spent. Our entrée.NET guides are available on the internet in an interactive search-able version at http://www.necs.com/net_KB/.

 

For some background information, we’ve chosen to use the online system called entrée.NET. This software was created specifically for us, and communicates directly with the computer system we use at our warehouse.

 

Not only will you be able to quickly enter your customer’s orders 24/7/365, but you can also generate reports based off customer purchases, view their account balance information, create custom order guides and view our company’s weekly specials.

 

Our Salesperson Features include:

Works with virtually all computers and web browsers, allowing you to place your orders electronically using your Internet connection. Supported web browsers include Internet Explorer 7 & 8, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Google Chrome.*

 

You will be assigned a unique Username and Password. This information is how our system knows your sales figures.

 

Your System Administrator will control whether you have permission to create customer accounts and view and place orders for all customers or just your assigned customers.

 

You and your customers with accounts can place orders and use the system 24/7/365.

 

Problems with your Internet connection will not impact your order processing work.  As you add each item, it’s saved in the customer’s shopping cart and stored on our server.  Just sign in again after you reconnect to the Internet, and you can continue to work where you left off with the order.

 

Easily search our product catalog with detailed information, view pricing and weekly specials.

 

Generate your own Order Guides to make the process of entering an order fast and easy. You can create custom Order Guides geared toward your customers, for each of your customer’s delivery locations, as well as departments such as produce, meats, etc.

 

Once you send the order, we’ll send you and your customer an email confirmation to let you know it was properly received.

 

A “Prospect” section is included to track potential new customers and the items they are interested in, along with your quoted prices.

 

Easily view the status of your customer accounts, including open invoices, payments, credits, etc.

 

Speed through entering your customer’s order using the “Standard Order” feature which knows all the products they normally order.

 

Run your own customized reports for customer purchases covering the last 13 months. The reports can be printed or saved to a PDF document or Excel spreadsheet.

 

When a salesperson via the Customer tab selects a specific customer they will be brought to the customer's account page as shown below.
