This guide will cover entrée.NET system administration for distributors who purchased the Website Only option. This option is ideal for distributors that only want a nice looking website featuring a “Catalog” and “Specials” page. NECS will create your website but give you the ability to make the changes.

 

You’ll have the ability to change images, update the content of your “Welcome,” “About Us,” “Contact,” and “Directions” pages. You will be able to automatically post your inventory list and specials, from your NECS entrée software or another application via our “open interface”, directly into your website, as often as you’d like. Customers viewing your website will not have the other functions that entrée.NET offers, such as entering orders, but you will still be able to upgrade, at a later date, and have all the features of entrée.NET.

 

As of version 3.3.7 the "Website" tab has been enabled for distributors who have not purchased the full website option. This will allow access to the "Featured Brands" editor, all other website options are disabled.

Note that your NECS designed web site will be optimized for Google (and the other search engines) searches, so that your customers can find you fast.  We realize that a great website won’t get the job done, if no one can easily find you. NECS will work with you to come up with the best search engine keyword matches for your distribution business, in your area of the world.
