Hurricane Irene knocks out NECS power and Internet access

Power and Internet access went down in the early morning hours on Sunday, as Hurricane Irene took a direct hit to NECS offices in Madison, CT with high winds and flooding. Repair crews are in process of restoring power, but a time frame has not been provided. If you are a NECS customer and require assistance, please send an email with your contact info to: techsupport@necs.com. Some NECS techs that have power and email are working from their home and will be able to provide assistance. Note that entree.NET and the ELECTRONIC ORDER PAD are NOT affected by this outage, as those servers are located at the Rackspace Data Center in Chicago.
