•Customer notes may be viewed or edited by clicking the Edit Customer Notes button.

•Up to 820 lines of notes, allowing for extensive details to be attached to the account.

•When finished viewing or editing the customer notes click OK to save the changes.

•Click Cancel to discard the changes.
