The first step in analyzing posting details is to acquire the AP batch detail. When you click the AP Detail button you open the AP Detail from Release dialog where you can see the postings details in the AP batch.

 

1.Click on an account in the AP Batches grid.

2.Then click the Get AP Postings button to load the AP Postings grid below. A Progress window will be displayed while the files are searched.

 

3. Double-click an account entry the AP Batches section and the AP Detail grid below will display the account invoices.

 

4. Click the AP Postings Report button to open the AP Detail Report dialog. See the AP Detail report topic in this chapter to setup and run the report.
