Menu path: System ribbon menu > System Preferences > Comment Fonts tab
1. | Use the scroll bar to locate the desired comment type: System, System (Loading Sheet only), Customer, Invoice and Corrosive Hazard |
2. | Click the radio button for (not defined) below Default |
3. | Click the Edit Font button |
4. | The Font dialog pop-up window will display. Scroll down to select the desired font (Courier New is recommended for most uses). |
5. | Select the Font Style, Size, Effects, Color (Black is recommended for most uses). For Script the only option is Western |
6. Click OK to save it.
Note 1: Leave the setting at "Default" then the associated comment will continue to print in the default font of the document's "detail" area.
Note 2: When you assigning a font to a particular comment type the text in that comment category will be printed in that chosen font. Courier New is the preferred font.
