This section will provide an overview to the optional copy parameters that are used in the copy special price utility.

 

Overwrite any existing Special Prices

Enabling this option to overwrite the current special price of the TO item, if it exists. If the special price does not exist, a new special price entry will be created for the item.

 

Delete items NOT found in FROM Customer

Enabling this option instructs to delete all special price of the TO customer that do not exists for the FROM customer.

 

•When this option is enabled, in conjunction with the Overwrite any existing Special Prices option, the FROM customer's special price file will be a mirror image of the TO customer's.

 

•This option is not available when copying special prices by Item.

 

Do NOT copy descriptions

Option for item descriptions NOT to be copied with the new price entries.
