Clicking the COOL Info button will open a dialog allowing the user to enter the Country Of Origin Label information.

 

•If the item being received is tracked by lot this information should be entered for every receipt.

 

•If the item is not tracked by lot, changing the information here will update the default values for the item stored on the Misc 2 tab in Inventory Maintenance.

 

•Regardless of whether the item is tracked by lot or not, the COOL information may be adjusted at the time of sale when invoicing the customer.

 

System option 131 must be enabled, for the COOL Info button will to be displayed.
