1.Select the Kits tab.
2.Select the item to remove in the ingredients grid.
3.Click the Delete button, located below the Ingredient Description column of the ingredients grid.
4.The Confirm dialog will display "Ready to delete Item #9999 from kit. Are you Sure?"  

5.    To go forward with the deletion of the ingredient click the Yes button. After the item is deleted, it will be immediately be removed from the kit and a new real and base cost will be recalculated for the master item.
