This column displays the per unit cost of the lot from the vendor.

 

•The value in this column will be populated with the per unit cost of the lot when the product was received.

 

•The value in this column may be manually edited, but NECS recommends letting entrée maintain the cost of the lot.

 

•Because each lot carries it's own cost, profits of the item can be tracked exactly, as opposed to normal inventory where the true cost of the item may be lost as new product is received.

 

•The unit cost of the lot is used throughout the entrée system.
