The Total Profit field will display the gross profit dollars and gross profit percentage for the entire invoice.

 

•The gross profit dollars will be displayed as the number to the left of the / and the gross profit percentage will be displayed to the right.

 

 

 

• The value displayed in the gross profit field will be highlighted in red if the gross profit is below the minimum defined for the customer.

 

•This feature will not be available if  the user's has the Hide cost information in File Maintenance and Invoicing password option enabled in the Security Manager.

 

•This feature will only be available if the user has the Show Gross Profit in Invoicing password option enabled in the Security Manager.

 

The minimum gross profit for a customer is defined in the Warn Order Entry if Gross Profit $ are below field, which is located on the Miscellaneous tab of Customer File in the Customer ribbon menu.
