Click this button to access the assign lots window for the currently selected item in the line item grid. This button will be disabled if the currently selected item is not lot based.

 

 

•The entrée invoicing system requires that all items that are tracked by lot to be assigned a lot number.

•Lot numbers can be assigned automatically by entrée if system option 106 "Auto lot assignment while adding invoice items" is checked.

•If system option #80 "Prevent Oversell of items" is also enabled the Assign Lots process "default minimum" in an oversell situation will never be lower than zero.

•This feature is not available when working with Sales Orders.
