The Options column contains icons for viewing and editing document comments.

If an icon is gray there are no comments for the document.

 

From left to right the icons are:

▪Edit Invoice Comment

▪Edit Driver Comment

▪Edit Packer Productivity

 

•You can right-click any document to display the edit/view options menu which also contains these comment tools.
