Because some companies that use the entrée system deal with imported products or ship overseas, you can optionally enter catchweights using kilograms instead of pounds.

 

•To activate the metric weight feature you must first enable system option 59.

 

•After doing so, users will then be presented with the Select Weight System dialog each time they attempt to enter weights for an item. The message says: "Metric Support is enabled on this system. Would you like to enter weight information in pounds or kilograms?" Click the Pounds or Kilograms button to select.
