The item grid is where the actual adjustments to the quantities and or weights are made.

 

1.Select the item to adjust in the grid and press the Enter key.
2.Enter the actual on hand quantity in the Phys Qty field and press the Enter key.
3.If the item is a catchweight item or has a unit of measure set to LB., enter the actual on hand weight in the Phys Wgt field and press the Enter key. At this point entrée will advance to the next item in the grid.

 

To break out of the continuous entry mode of the item grid, press the Escape key.
